The CDCP to CNA Ladder Program is designed for new students who are interested in beginning their journey toward becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) through the Certified Direct Care Professional (CDCP) pathway.

Before you continue, please read carefully:

This form will help determine if you are eligible for the CDCP to CNA Ladder Program.

If you are already enrolled in the Certified Direct Care Professional (CDCP) Program, you are not eligible for this opportunity.

The Ladder Program is intended only for new students who have not yet signed up for the CDCP Program.

At which Healthcare Workforce Training Institute Education Center would you be able to attend in-person classes? Please note - when you are eligible to enroll in the nurse aide (CNA) portion of the class, you will be able to choose whichever Institute Education Center works best for you at that time.
